Introduction: A brief conversation to learn about your goals and circumstances, discuss how we might be of assistance and estimate fees prior to giving any legal advice. If your inquiry is related to Wealth Preservation, we can also explain our Methodology and quote you a flat fee or estimate the hours required to complete a Wealth Preservation Evaluation. Hiring a lawyer is an important decision and you will not be charged for giving us a chance to introduce ourselves and help you decide whether we are the right law firm for you.

Consultation: For a nominal flat fee, we can reserve a full two (2) hour time block to engage in a detailed discussion of your circumstances, provide an orientation about the relevant rules of law, analyze how the those laws affect your current situation and explore various alternate courses of action. The Consultation fee is normally credited toward the implementation of any related recommendation you hire us to complete.
